Need to see MD: A urethra (the urine tube) should never be bleeding normally.  If it is, all causes must be ruled out by a physician.  Depending on a male or female, bleeding can occur from trauma, but infection and cancer must be ruled out if bleeding ever occurs.  See your urologist.

: If it is due to an infection- about 3-4 days after treatment. If otherwise then removal of irritant. Pl drink plenty of water. Hold sex and masturbation till better. Good luck.

: Pl do not go by medical advice given by well meaning non medical people. You can not injure your urethra by manual masturbation so the matter of healing does not arise. excess of anything is not good in general. Moderation is best. You will be fine.

No.: You saw the macroscopic stones. The microscopic ones ............Which you dont see in naked eye continues to give symptoms. Stone analysis will lead to treatment which will stop the process of stone formation, releif. Worth trying.

my doctor gave me macrobid for my uti. i got my culture back there was ecoli. the pain in my urethra never went away. i am now being told that that will not heal the ecoli in my urethra /urethritis i should take cipro or z pak. why no help both?

: What you were told is not true. Check for the drugs the E.coli was sensitive to and you should be /have been on one of  that. Drink plenty of fluids specially. water. Take OTC Azo for 3-4 days(it will turn urine orange) and you should be OK

Up to 6 month: Fractures of the pelvis bone  healed  usually very well, that also depend of the fracture dispaced or not, have surgery or not, the sever or not?

Urethral pain: If from trauma, it should get better in 2 weeks time. Try lubricating gel if very dry during intercourse. If persisting see a doc.

An average of 8 to : 12 weeks depending on your underlying health and age as well as associated conditions/habits..  It is also dependent on the degree and type of fracture pattern (stable v unstable) and how treated ( with or without surgery).
