No: I would say the opposite is true. The heavier the woman and the bigger her abdomen is before pregnancy, the later she would appear pregnant. Skinny females are the ones to appear pregnant earlier.

Mono not specific: Monospot is not specific for EBV infection and may be positive due to other viral infections. Even if it is mono, there is no specific treatment for it and you need to wait out for the symptoms to subside. If you are want to be sure, repeat the EBV antibody test in two weeks.

Practice safe sex.
