Here are some ...: Although no specific recommended prep for readying the site for specimen taking, it's prudent to leave the intended site for swab alone for some 12 hours if possible so to maximize the potential yield of NAAT. However, if such advice couldn't be kept, less time is still acceptable. So, follow advice and work with Doc if possible to hope gaining better quality of test and care.

+ test result: You could have missed doses of Doxycycline or had sexual activity with an infected partner before completing 7 days of treatment with doxycline. Or if you took one dose of Azithromycin  and had sex with an infected person within a 7 day window - that could lead to a positive.

Your immune system: Your immune system may have cleared the active chlamydia over time such that whatever test you had may not have found active disease. It does not mean your system did not suffer harm with the germ. You may well have significant tube scarring.

Done: Those tests are the best way to test for the common and worst causes of pid. Pid causes pelvic pain and can lead to high fever and abscesses. If treated early, you have no worries.

Test is reliable: The manufacturer of the most common chlamydia tests recommend waiting 1-2 hour since previous urination, but probably it isn't necessary. Despite the official recommendation, clinical experience suggests it doesn't make a difference. In my STD clinic, we pay no attention to time since last voiding. That said, no test is perfect, and the urine test misses about 10% of chlamydial infections.

NAAT: I can't think of any reason to order a chlamydia igg. What you need to know whether you have chlamydia is a chlamydia naat, taken from urine, a cervical swab, throat swab, or rectal swab, depending on where your symptoms are.

Not sure of test: and... oral sex can transmit chlamydia.

it often has zero symptoms.
Some tests (antibody) mean you were infected anytime in the past and organisms might or might not be present and infectious right now. Others (DNA) show some organisms right now that ought to be treated.

Less than 2 days: The modern chlamydia tests include rapid tests that can give a result after a few minutes. Chlamydia cultures take several days. If the rapid test is done at a lab, the time for the sample to be processed, the test to be run, the results to be sent to the doctor, and for the doctor to find time to review the result... Takes up to a couple of days.
