Guess at lottery: All the situations you mentioned will take time. And you do not to rush things with orthodontics.  Most conditions can be fixed with braces alone, but sometimes surgery is needed.  I see your age is 44, with that you definitely want to take time moving teeth.  Moving them too fast as a adult could cause more trouble than you think.  Like root resorption.

Trust the test : Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

10 days: Treatment is usually for 10 days. The adult dose is 500 mg  three times/day. Take it as prescribed, unless side effects.

No, I can't: Some people with adhd would take that and would fall asleep from it. Someone without adhd might find themselves wide awake alert and very energized. Anyone with cardiovascular disease could find themselves feeling quite ill and could indeed even develop chest pain or an arrhythmia and potentially die from it. So, not knowing anything about you or your health history, there is no way i could predict what would happen if you were to take it.

That's too long: It does down in 48-72 hours. If it's elevated after 3 weeks, there is on-going injury or you have a rare variant called "macro cpk" in which it is always elevated but normal (ie, not indicative of injury). The pattern and level are important. Slight elevations have no clinical significance. CPK iso-enzymes can help determine the source. Your doctor is the best one to make this evaluation.
