Depends: A lot of factors will play into this. Most of the time a few beers or not increase the LFTs at all. If you are a regular drinker, or if you have fatty liver, or if you drink quite a few, it is certainly possible that the LFTs will be abnormal two days later. I hope that helps.

Why?: why are you getting tested? It appears that the testing is unrelated to the beer consumption. Has there been use of other drugs? If you are getting tested for occupational reasons and need to avoid alcohol and drugs to keep that job, then avoid them.

Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Probably: Alcohol itself may be gone, however metabolites of alcohol are often tested for and can be present for 90hrs.

No: If your last beer was 24 hours before your urinalysis, the alcohol should have been gone, assuming you were well-hydrated during this period. From now on, why not comply with your abstinence program? Anyone who pressures you to drink isn't your friend. You've got two health issues that make drinking a bad idea. And you won't have to worry.

Depends on the test: Blood testing is actually not the best way to look for drugs, because most are short-acting and the amount of drug in blood is very tiny. Urine is the best body fluid, and saliva is increasingly being used as well. Hair and nail testing will detect some drugs for months. Newer alcohol tests (EtG, EtS, PeTH) can detect alcohol use for several days, if they are using those tests.
