i was told that allegra can give a false positive on a urine drug test so my question is how long will it be in my system?

Allegra: Allegra won't alter your urine drug screen. Perhaps Allegra-D that has a decongestant in it may. Typically it may linger in your urine for 4-5 days.

Possible: Since the Pseudoephedrine in the d is often used to manufacture amphetamine, i would guess that it can show up in a blood test.  I would advise you to stay off of any decongestants if you are subjected to random drug test until i can look this up.

It shouldn't: Most employers will be assaying for substances of abuse when they do drug screens: substances such as alcohol, marajuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamine, etc. The fexofenadine wouldn't be included on such a list.

Valium: The metabolites of valium can stay in your system for weeks, even without taking other drugs.  As for other drugs, they could lengthen that time even more, depending on what they were.

Metabolism: minimum 6-8 hours for a small dose; however, not uncommon for 8-10 hours to eliminate from urine.

Possibly: Xanax has a half-life of 6-26 hrs. Other factors are your body's metabolism rate, fluid intake and other factors. Urine detection/positivity for alprazolam (Xanax) can range from 1-6 weeks. However, with just one dose, an estimate of 6 days is a likely possibility for positive detection in urine.

Phentermine: Usually amphetamines clear the system in 72 hours. 
Phentermine which has a similar composition to amphetamines should be gone from your system in 4 days. But this is an average and does not account for individual outliers.

None: You should attempt to stop taking the drug.  This is the best solution, don't try beating a test. Seek help, stop using if not for prescribed reasons.

Accepted Answer

Depends on the test.: A preliminary drug screen usually only confirms that there is a more than a minimal amount of any drug in your system.  A confirmatory test can be performed which can report the concentration of the drug in your urine.
