Depends: Alcohol has an approximate detection time of 12-24 hrs,The detection time depends on the maximum level of blood alcohol content (BAC) which can vary.  One serving of alcohol can be fully absorbed in the blood stream 30 min up to 2 hrs after intake. The body metabolizes aprox 0.25 oz per hour. The rate of metabolism depends on gender, size, weight, other food and drink. Account for  test sensivity.

: Diluting the urine by drinking water is detectable by urine examination. A good lab tests for other markers to rule out this gamesmanship. There are other tests than cannot be affected by drinking more water.

If you didn't ingest: Methamphetamine, the amount that made be transferred through skin (which is essentially zero) or through kissing (which is close to zero) shouldn't result in a positive urine test.  If you have depression, and are "blacking out" (losing consciousness?) you should seek medical attention for the cause and treatment. Having a methamphetamine user in your life isn't helping either, i imagine.

No risk, no worry: Zero risk; there's never been a case of HIV known to be transmitted by oral-skin contact, anywhere on the body. Even oral sex is nearly risk free:  there's never been a proved case of HIV transmitted oral to genital. It probably doesn't matter even if there is blood in the mouth, because saliva inactivates HIV. You'll never get HIV sexually except by unprotected vaginal or anal sex.

Alcohol: Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No: Alcohol is metabolized by the liver.  Eating will not speed up this metabolism so the blood alcohol level can't be manipulated in this way.  However, eating when drinking can help with the sick feeling you may get.

Accepted Answer

Depends: Alcohol based mouthwash is not bad. However, it would be bad for an alcoholic or a child to use, in case of ingestion.
