Spasm?: Could be muscle spasm, which can occur in the absence of physical strain.  Often this is exacerbated by dehydration or electrolyte disturbances.

Watch: Well, first off, you want to make sure it's nothing you need to see your doc for promptly. If there is swelling, visible vein, hot skin present, you need to run to your doc. If it is just the pain and you know you pulled it or twisted it, try to elevate it. Partial or, better off, total non-weightbearing (crutches) may be helfpul. Icing and compression are recommended as well. Ibu/tylenol +.

Probably: Not sure where your muscle strain is but if it hurts to walk or causes u to limp then rest from your walk for a few days would be helpful.See your physician if your'strain' is not improving. Good luck!

Calf pain: Calf pain for various reasons: strain, electrolyte problem or DVT. Often strain or electrolyte problem will cause fascical spasm which resolves.  DVT typically does not come and go.

have possible calf muscle strain. have elevated and iced nearly 24 hrs. now seeing a vein popped out running down lower leg. am i treating this right?

Blood clot: If you have calf swelling and pain, you really should be checked out to make sure you don't have a blood clot.  If that test is normal, then rest, ice and some physical therapy should allow the calf to return to normal.

random groin pain? its on the right side between my leg and vagina.. it came outta know where.. 2 days ago me and my boyfriend messed around but didnt have actually sex just uses a vibrator.. could this be a muscle strain? or something more serious

Too much Lifting.: Not knowing the reason you were given a heel lift aside, you need to stop using the lift. Call the doctor and explain your new symptoms. The lift height may have to be lowered in order to affect less change over a longer period of time. I would not continue with the lift again until the pain resolves.

Most likely strain: Your symptoms are mostly a strain.  I would recommend watching it to see if it improves since the symptoms started less than 24 hours ago.  More history needs to be known in order to say for sure if this could be something more serious.  If you're really concerned or have other medical problems, I recommend you see your doctor for further evaluation.
