Reasonable: It really depends on the type of lymphoma. Hodgkins generally has a better prognosis than nonhodgkins.

CNS lymphoma: Is different from lymphoma elsewhere, not very responsive to treatment.  Current treatment does not result in cure, and possibly prolongation of survival.  High dose Methotrexate alone, without XRT is the current standard. Sorry to deliver harsh tiding over the net, but you cannot dress this up nicely.

Cannabis: Smoking cannabis from an illegal source is always unsafe. Even from a legal source cannabis can cause slowed reactions and brain function.

Increased ICP: Intracranial pressure (ICP) is the pressure inside the skull and thus in the brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).ICP is normally 7–15 mm Hg; at 20–25 mm Hg, the upper limit of normal, treatment to reduce ICP may be needed. Various causes of increased ICP usually blockages of CSF flow include tumor, overproduction of CSF, decreased absorption, trauma with brain swelling or mass  hematoma.

Check body: The first thing that must be done is to image the whole body to see if there is something that looks like lymphoma somewhere else other than the brain. A lump somewhere else may be easier to biopsy. If not, they must see what is there. These days, neurosurgeons are very precise in obtaining biopsies and the real risk lies in what area of the brain they see the problem in terms of side effects.

Not specifically: The removal process is superficial and does not pose danger to you brain or spinal cord.

i have a small lymphoma tumor in the lower part of brain and not sure how far it goes down my spine but now i m having radiating pain down my rt arm and have a migraine for 3 days?

FDG activity: Can't be certain without the images or the context of the "symmetrical FDG activity" within the report, but on its own that statement would lead me to believe it is probably normal.

my mother just died at age 65 of non-hodgkin's lymphoma (multiple lesions, large one in brain).  what are my risks for nhl or other cancers?  i'm 36.

Not much increased: The malignant lymphomas by and large don't run in families. A few genes are known but they  are of small effect. Stop worrying and live as richly and wisely as you can. I also see you report erectile dysfunction; I hope this is getting worked up and especially that prolactinoma and hemochromatosis have been ruled out. Best wishes.
