i have had tummy tuck, fat transfer, lipo, and breast augmentation june 2nd 2017. i am experiencing extreme leg pain - soreness, abdominal discomfort and pain shooting down the leg.  i was only prescribed supradol which i no longer have for the pain.

To : To give a very qualified answer:  if your back pain is related to having large breasts and extra weight, then breast reduction and abdominoplasty can help.  If it is not related, then it will not help.

That said, it sounds like you have been doing many of the "right" things to try to manage your weight.  Even with weight loss, though, you'll never be a "b" cup!  many women with large breast have upper back and shoulder pain, often associated with large bras that pull the shoulders forward under the weight of the breasts.

Find a reputable plastic surgeon to evaluate you and see if this type of surgery may help.  Then, get a second (and maybe third!) opinion.  This is not something to undertake lightly.

Also, back pain is frequently associated with smoking.  If you are a smoker, i would recommend quitting.

First talk to: Your family doctor  who will recommend you a plastic surgeon ,  you need medical clearance  ,  both are cosmetic procedures your medical insurance will not cover such surgeries

No: It is not necessary to remove the implants prior to getting pregnant.  You should speak with your plastic surgeon to determine how the implants were placed (subpectoral or subcutaneous)).

Not sure: If you are considering surgery in asia, you should ask these questions of those practices in asia.  I would surmise that it could potentially be significantly less expensive.  Then again, you are asking someone to operate on you and putting your safety in their hands, not just for surgery but in the recovery period. Other countries also have different regulations and safety standards.

Yes: This is a very popular "mommy make-over" combo because women who have children often have abdominal bulges afterwards and the breasts may have enlarged/drooped.  The procedures are safe to do at the same time if the patient is in good health otherwise and the doctor has experience with the procedure.  Combining the two increases risks slightly so some people choose to do them separately.

Yes.: Usually it would be safe to undergo two procedures if you are otherwise in good health and a good candidate for surgery. This should only be performed by a qualified board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon.

Painful.: These surgeries are generally safe, but painful.  Good news is that there is pain medicine that helps with the pain and the patient will be provided with that medication by their doctor when they go through the surgery and after the surgery.

ive just had a mini tummy tuck with lipo of flanks. im 10 days post operation. when i sit my lower belly now makes a roll of fat over the incision and the incision tucks in. othis normal due to swelling? will it go down to make a flat belly?
