Hard to say: We can not really predict when someone is going to ovulate during any one menstrual cycle. In general ovulation occurs about 14 days before your next period. If you continue to have irregular periods you should consider seeing a Gynecologist to discuss options for cycle regulation

Ewcm and ovulation: Egg white cervical mucous (ewcm) is the stretchy clear mucous that comes can be detected just before ovulation.  Ewcm is a response to rising estrogen produced by the growing follicle.  Once ovulation occurs, estrogen falls, replaced by progesterone, and cervical mucous turns thick.  Actual release of the egg is usually the day after mucous peaks.

Can be normal: Irregular cycles can be normal. Would like to know the age of your first menstruation and how long were the previous cycles.

In and out: Only the cycle you take it, no cumulative effect.

Possibly not likely: Early pregnancy can be checked easily by a pregnancy test.  Current over the counter tests can in some cases (look at the label) determine if you are pregnant as early as 6 days after ovulation. It is not likely that you are pregnant given your symptoms, however. Check again in a week or two and if you want to be pregnant, plan and be healthy.  If not, protect against it!

Do a test: You don't mention what symptoms you are having, however, if you have been having unprotected intercourse, you could be pregnant. If your period is late or abnormal, check a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative. Hope this helps and you get the result you want.

Watch and wait: Women will see variations is their cycles and their symptoms from time to time. They will usually fix themselves after 3 or 4 cycles. If it doesnt and you have continued symptoms, see you doctor for evaluation.  Good luck.
