Bruises: Most bruises resolve within 4-6 weeks, some a bit longer. You can have permanent skin discoloration even after the injury has healed.

Bruise: The amount of time it takes to heal is highly variable from person to person. For the first 24 hours, i would ice the effected area to minimize the spread of the bruise. After 48 hours, heat may be applied to allow the blood to disperse about the body.

: The color of a bruise is driven by the red cells leaking into the tissue. It does not matter what caused the bleeding into the tissue. Regular bruising is usually due to trauma, bruising in leukemia and other blood disorders can occur without any trauma.

: Would follow up with  pregnancy testing. if urine negative wait a week and try blood pregnancy testing.  May be withdrawal or implantation bleeding/r early pregnancy  or stress. Follow up with MD

It should not be used regularly as the levonorgestrel can have side effects including nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, irregular bleeding, breast pain.

Muliple reasons: There can be many reasons for petichae some of which are serious and some of which are not. It is important to see a dermatologist to have them evaluated to see which type they are. They may even recommend that you see a blood specialist, known as a hematologist.
