Watch and see: If you want odds, see your bookie.  Otherwise, wait to see if your symptoms return.  Was this just a test to see if you can get away with 2 less days than the doctor recommended?  There is usually a good reason for the recommendations that are made.  If symptoms return, retest and retreat.

Shouldn't need to.: Azithromycin 1 gm all at once is very effective for treating chlamydia as long as you don't get exposed to chlamydia again soon.  Make sure any partners that you have come in contact with since the last time you had a chlamydia test are informed and treated.  Use condoms!

You should get tests: For other possible causes of urethritis or urinary infection. If you are not circumcised, it's possible that you may have local yeast overgrowth causing irritation. Especially since you were on medication that would not cure all potential causes of urethritis or all sexually transmitted infection, you may need more tests and treatment. Avoid sex until your doc says you're OK, and partner treated.

Wrong dose: The proper treatment of chlamydia with azithromycin is a single dose of 1 gram (four 250 mg or two 500 mg tabliets). While it is likely that taking it over 3-4 days would work, it has never been studied and the effectiveness isn't known for sure. Discuss possible re-treatment with your doctor, or retesting in 3-4 weeks. And of course no sex with your former partner(s) until they have been treated.

Vomiting: It depends on whether you threw up the drug.  If you cleared it from your stomach before it was absorbed you need to be retreated.
