Repeat test: Tests can show false positive or negative. Repeat the test, or better do a blood test at a lab for certainty, assuming you had unprotected sex

Past history: Your past history of menstrual cycles is the best way to determine if this is normal for you. If what you are experiencing this cycle is different than the many years of cycles you have had in the past then it can not be considered normal for you.

my period ended two days ago,  lasting 3 days longer than usual. heavier than usual, with bright blood and dark clumps. my nipples are still sensitive and i'm still having cramps.what could this be?

Chemical pregnancy: is a possibility . This can explain the cramps and breast changes. If you take a blood pregnancy test it will show if this was a chemical pregnancy.

Cramps: Sometimes periods can be longer and crampier. If you dont have a suspicion for pregnancy or sexuall transmitted disease probably was just a single event. If you are suspicious and have not seen a gyn in awhile  i would get an appt for further evaluation.

Two weeks: After two weeks you should have stool cultures done to see if you need to be treated for a bacterial infection.

PCOS doesn't cause: PCOS doesn't usually cause pain. The ovaries are enlarged, though, because there are multiple small cysts, and sometimes that can cause painful intercourse. PCOS is a hormone imbalance where you are not ovulating. You may need to be evaluated for the pain to make sure nothing else is going on.

on birth control for 4 months can you still have cramps and back pain on the pill?

Yes: These are not necessarily signs of ovulation, as the pill prevents that. They may just be side effects of the hormones of the pill itself.

Probably: Probably. I would not worry about that too much if that's the only symptom. If there is any chance you may be pregnant, do pregnancy test. If negative and you had expected bleeding, may take Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) if the cramping is bad.
