Not really: I never make guarantees, but your chances of a problem are extremely low. Although some antibiotics can reduce the efficacy of birth control, Azithromycin isn't one of the known offenders. It's never a bad idea to use a back up method when you are on antibiotics, but i wouldn't be worried. If your period doesn't come on time, take a pregnancy test to be sure.

Certainly: Tetracycline is not a hormone and is not for birth control. Stop it if you are pregnant. If your acne is not responding, spironolactone is far more effective for women.

Not likely: Don’t guess. Take a test.  They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

It would not do anything about conception possibilities.

Possible: The Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) doesn't increase the risk of pregnancy after taking Plan B but Plan B is only 95% effective if taken within 24 hours after unprotected intercourse so there is still a risk of pregnancy. Now is a good time to consider starting a more reliable method of contraception along with the use of condoms to decrease the risk of STDs. Hope this helps. Be safe.

See a Dr.: Any treatment with a prescription medication has to be done through a local doctor who can evaluate your acne problem and prescribe a medication to a local pharmacy. We are in the US and cannot write prescriptions for anywhere overseas.

Pre-ejaculate, is a clear fluid that is released at the tip of the penis (prior to ejaculation). It contains a small concentration of sperm (less than semen).
