Depo provera (medroxyprogesterone): Unfortunately, you just have to wait it out. After stopping depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) it takes an average of 4 to 10 months to get pregnant. It can take up to two years for your chances of getting pregnant to equal that of a woman who has not taken the depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot. DrG

Possible: Ablation deactivates the uterine lining so that you still have cycles, there is just no period. It's still possible to become pregnant and ablation is not considered birth control.

"PCOS"?'s: With PCOS, ovulation delay or absence is the cause of infertility , but oral bcp's will not correct PCOS.  Ask your gyn physician about ovulation induction, and about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to ensure open tubes.
