Pancreatitis : A person suffering from pancreatitis can become extremely ill, and because of the various things that can happen if they become very ill, then yes, it is conceivable for them to have seizures (fits) or a heart attack or cardiac arrest.  It would most likely be due to extreme electrolyte imbalances.
