Diclofenac: Regular diclofenac is usually 50mg tabs - a better and safer choice is to take the 25mg liquid in a gel cap (Zipsor) - Insurance usually does not like to pay for something that is safer - but they will pay for cheap. Another choice is Meloxicam or Nalfon

Anti inflammatory : Diclofenac is like advil (ibuprofen) or Aspirin , so it is probably not going to be tested for in your drug test.I would go ahead and take in the rx anyway.

hard to say: Different people respond best to different nsaids. That said, diclofenac often seems to be the stronger agent.

Remember, the drug is cleared within 24 hours, but when you pump your breast is what's in it, not when you dump it. Any reason using voltaren (diclofenac) and not some other nsaid?
