Probably ~4 wks: Likely fertilization from prior cycle, so would add about 4 weeks to pregnancy. "might" be even longer, as is possible to menstruate while pregnant (just uncommon). Start prenatal vitamin if ttc.

You say wife, so  you are married.  How do you now is a date? not seen some one as a Dr.? or an interview for a job? Do you trust your wife, did she told you she is going for a  date? or you just learned by accident?. Did you asked her, why, did you get a response. During the month did you had dates with other girls?
You both may need counseling.

About estimates...: Dates are estimates, and a few days does not make any difference in almost all cases. One can just get a calendar and count backwards 38 weeks from the estimated due date (38 weeks from Dec. 26) to see the estimated conception date. The exact conception date of a natural pregnancy is never known because nobody can tell when sperm enters egg. A woman receives sperm about 0-5 days before conception.

Different ways : The first way to calculate the due date is by knowing the date of the last menstrual period. That date is usually compared the  due date calculated by your first, earliest sonogram. It is fairly easy to calculate with tho two pieces of information.

Are you pregnant?: If you had sex 6 months ago then you would be 6 months pregnant. Are you pregnant? Simply buy a test at any pharmacy and you will have your answer. If you are that far along you need to see a doctor soon for prenatal care. You live close and our office would be happy to do a free pregnancy test.

2 weeks after LMP: Pregnancy usually starts about 2 weeks after your LAST MENSTRUAL PERIOD when you ovulate,but we calculate 40 weeks from LMP according to which you period should have been around June 22 and conception happen around July 5-7
