Yes: You may have had an implantation bleeding . If you do not get your period take a pregnancy test and you will get all the answer that you are looking for .

Nipple Discharge: You can have discharge from your nipples if you are pregnant.  However, squeezing your nipples often to check can stimulate the nipple discharge as well.  Moreover, it can cause you to change how often or if you ovulate. If that was the only time you found the discharge, you can wait to see if it continues and check a pregnancy test as well. If it does continue, i would see your doctor.

i was diagnosed with vitiligo. it is in early stage but spots appear everyday. can i use ginkgo or alpha lipoic acid to stop progression? i'm pregnant

NO   NO: Neither of these will be of any benefit for anything. You are foolish to use these, especially during pregnancy. Topical steroid cream is safe to use during pregnancy and MAY reverse vitiligo. If you have a significant emotional problem with vitiligo you can use cover-up cream or skin dye. See a dermatologist for best results.

Not likely: A woman has to be pregnant before she can miscarry. If she is miscarrying now, she will likely have a positive pregnancy test now. Also, people who are using their birth control method properly are rarely going to get pregnant.

Yes: Melasma is a common skin disorder, especially in women with darker skin tones.
It is associated with the female hormones, estrogen and Progesterone and is common in pregnant women, and in those taking birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy during menopause. Treatments are available but often the problem will resolve spontaneously after delivery or discontinuing hormone therapy.

Hard to say, could: Be over-exertion. Classic pregnancy
sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks).  Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line ; ^ white, milky vaginal discharge. Take pregnancy test to know.

Family history: Changes in skin colorations in any body part that appear during pregnancy may fade after pregnancy to a more or lesser degree - there is no way to tell ahead of time. Maybe family history can give a clue.

Mask of pregnancy: The mask of pregnancy is a reddened or rash noted area around the cheeks and across the bridge of the nose. "Black spots" are not a part of that condition and would advise a MD look at the area should they appear.

Never: The dark line (linea nigra) may fade some after you deliver, but it will usually not go away completely.  You will likely notice that it will darken with eac pregnancy.

Accepted Answer

: Mild bleeding is not uncommon in early pregnancy. If you have more bleeding and/or cramps with bleeding, it would be prudent to see a doctor or go to an ER.
