First Trimester: Nausea & vomiting of pregnancy may begin very early in pregnancy, typically in the first trimester. It may be mild or severe. Discuss your symptoms with your OB and he/she will review many different lifestyle, dietary modifications and remedies that exist to help you deal with the myriad of symptoms you may experience.

Yes: You can have pregnancy associated symptoms days before you miss a period! common findings are swollen or tender breasts, fatigue and nausea. If you have a question, you can always take a home pregnancy test for very accurate results.

It's possible: Some women are very sensitive to even minor changes and fluctuations in their hormonal levels, and early pregnancy can elicited symptoms as you describe.  Best wishes.

Hormones: The pregnancy hormone HCG causes nausea in many women.  Hcg will begin to decrease when the placenta matures early in the second trimester and subsequently the morning sickness usually resolves then.

Not a good indicator: Losing weight is not one of the common signs of early pregnancy.  In fact, many women have no symptoms at all when they become pregnant.  The best way to know if you're pregnant is with an at home urine pregnancy test.  Symptoms like weight gain, bloating, vaginal bleeding and nausea are very unreliable indicators. Repeat test: You may have tested too early. You may take a blood test for HCG that is generally positive one day after a missed period. Or you may repeat the home test in 5-7 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

GI doctor: Chronic nausea should be evaluated by a gastroenterologist. Since you have had a tubal and a negative pregnancy test we don’t usually use the term morning sickness as it implies pregnancy. I would see a gastroenterologist and ask to be evaluated for chronic morning nausea.

Loose stools: Loose stools are probably due to a dietary change brought on by your morning sickness and decrease appetite. Don't worry, your appetite will come around and you'll have the chance to get fat.
