Cholesterol: You can not get rid of cholesterol permanently. Cholesterol is required for synthesis of cell membranes, enzymes and harmones. If its level exceeds then we need to treat it.

Lipids: We're not quite sure we can get rid of that build up with western medicine, let alone eastern southern or any other direction. We keep trying though.

Arcus senilis: I presume you are referring to a whitish grey ring in the cornea that appears all the way around the colored part of the eye. Most commonly this is not due to cholesterol. It is a normal finding in people as the age, called arcus senilis. It can be a sign of elevated cholesterol in people younger than 45. It is more visible/noticeable in individuals with dark coloring of the eye.

No easy way: Rarely do cholesterol plaques regress.  There are a couple of studies showing that very high-dose statin use (crestor (rosuvastatin) or lipitor) can cause some regression of plaques, but it is incomplete and not clinically significant.  Most of the time it is a matter of managing the plaques that are there to prevent them from progressing and to prevent new plaques from forming.

Don't think you can: Would love to be proven wrong, but haven't heard of any way to remove these things, called xanthelasmas.

Diet: 'Bad' cholesterol (LDL, VLDL &amp; Triglycerides) can often be managed by tight diet control.  Limit starches and fats in your diet.  They may require medications to achieve safe levels. : Fatty liver is the first thing comes to my mind, not sex hormone or sex life. Fatty liver can lead to liver cirrhosis and liver cancer which are the worst outcomes, more than other lasting damage you are afraid of.

Renal failure?: There is no way a distant forum like this can provide useful information. The answers depend on how poorly the kidneys are functioning and perhaps the cause of the kidney disease. But this all sounds pretty serious:  keep working with your doctor(s). Good luck.

No: Protein will not affect fatty liver nor get rid of belly fat.  You may have a genetic predisposition to store fat around your waist.  Fatty liver could be due to high lipid levels from genetic and dietary factors, excessive alcohol use, and other liver problems.  If not doing already, making lifestyle changes including eating healthy 5 times per day, and exercising 2 1/2 hours per week can help.
