Fat digestion issues: The gallbladder stores and concentrates bile, which is produced by the liver and used by your body to absorb fat in the gut. When you eat fat, a hormone called cck signals the gallbladder to release bile. 

If the gallbladder is removed, the bile cannot be released all at once, so some fat is not absorbed. It is then passed out as diarrhea. A diet low in fat, and smaller meals will reduce that.

It should not.: However boozing after gallbladder surgery may cause unpleasant symptoms related to fat malabsorption including abdominal pain,diarrhea. Ease up on the budweiser, the cocktail, vodka and tequila!

No relation: there is no relation betwwen your body odor and the removal of gallbladder.
look for other factors.
like food you are eating more now than before your surgery

Retained gallstones: you may have a retained gallstone in the common bile duct. Your doctor can check Liver Function Tests (LFT) to check. If elevated, GI doc can get the stones out through an endoscope.

May be different: 3 months after removal of your gallbladder, your symptoms may be due to something else.  See your doctor for a complete re-evaluation which may include additional tests such as labs, ultrasound and/or CT scan, or referral to a gastroenterologist.

Biliary pain: Your description of your pain could be from your gallstones/biliary colic but also from other causes that should be mentioned to your medical team. Stones can block your pancreatic duct too and cause significant pain as can ulcers and right sided colon constipation.

Gallbladder removal will relieve pain, treat infection and - in most cases - stop gallstones from coming back. The risks of not having surgery are the possibilities of worsening symptoms, infection and gangrene of the gallbladder.
