Bloating: You may be describing stomach bloating, sometimes caused by certain food intolerances.  If your digestion is poor for various reasons, your bowel may produce more gas because the bacterial balance is upset and other factors.  Also alcohol does not help this. See a Provider: You need to find out if you have an ovarian cyst or an ectopic pregnancy(a pregnancy outside the uterus). See aProvider soon. 
A healthy pregnancy needs good nutrition, rest, and a lack of harmful drugs including tobacco. Make sure you take your prenatal vitamins as the Folic acid is important in preventing miscarriage and birth defects.

Yes.: The rising pregnancy hormone levels cause stomach upset, nausea, dyspepsia, early satiety, or vomiting in most women. That is normal and can be improved with phenergan, (promethazine) reglan, Tums and/or vitamin b6.

Discomfort is normal: Discomfort and cramping can be normal in the first trimester.  Severe pain and bleeding are not normal.  If you are concerned you should see your obstetrician.  They can make sure your pain is considered normal and not something that could be dangerous for you or your fetus.

Common: Cramping in the 1st trimester without any bleeding or spotting is common, and not typically a sign that anything is wrong.  Sharp pains originating from your uterus are not common, but again not necessarily a sign that the pregnancy is abnormal.

However constipation is very common in pregnancy, and can explain both the cramping and sharp pains.

Prenatal care: Hopefully you are getting prenatal care. This is a great question to ask your obgyn. They can measure your uterus to make sure it is growing appropriately. If there is any doubt then they can schedule you for a sonogram to make sure all is well.

Find a MD somewhere: You need to find a GYN MD somewhere if there are none where you are in North Caroline. It may require a "road" trip, but will be worth it to solve this issue.
