Get allergy tested: Allergy can present with many symptoms including: skin rashes (eczema or hives) runny or stuffy nose (heyfever or sinusitis) or trouble breathing or coughing (asthma).  If these symptoms intefere with your life then going to an allergist to get tested and developing a plan to deal with the allergies and their symptoms.

Depends: We need a few more details. A small sniff of cat fur might just give you a sneeze. But a spoonful of peanut butter could send you to the ER. Some codeine cough syrup might make your nose itch, but continuing on a sulfa antibiotic while ignoring early Stevens Johnson Syndrome might land you in the burn unit in renal failure. I've see all of these. Details matter.

Need More Info: There are many different types of allergic reactions.  Because of this more information is needed to answer your question.  Did you mean a reaction to a food, drug, or cosmetic?  How about a hay fever type reaction?  Or, did you have a reaction and are wondering if the reaction is allergic?  You could also have allergic reactions to insect stings.  Please provide more information.

Ensure It's Allergy: Codeine and opiates can cause non-allergic itching or hives.  In fact before allergists could use histamine as a positive control for allergy testing they used codeine as a substitute because if you poke it into the skin, it creates a red itchy bump.

No: A baby starts understanding the meaning of the word NO commonly after 9 months. May start responding to it but stopping what they are doing around 12-15 months. These milestones can vary a little in age.
