About 4-7 days: Klonopin (clonazepam) is a long acting benzodiazepine. It gets metabolized by the liver. It's clearance from the body depends on the condition of your liver and the presence of competing substances. Also, detection of klonopin (clonazepam) in the urine is also based on the sensitivity and specificity of the test. Some tests for benzodiazepines do not show klonopin (clonazepam). There is really nothing you can do to "flush it" out.

It depends: on how much and how long you have been taking it.  it will be out of your system between 5-10 days depending on the half life in your body.  If withdrawal occurs the main symptoms may last for another 2 weeks but craving may last a bit longer.  Again every one is different.

Klonopin (clonazepam): The elimination half-life of Klonopin (clonazepam) is 18-50 hours.  Since it takes 5 of these half-lives to eliminate the substance from your system, this would be 5 x 50 = 250 hours or a little more than 10 days at the latest.   Faster metabolism could eliminate the medication closer to the shorter estimation point.  We don't know about your own system, though.  Best wishes.

Rule of thumb: % half-lives of many substances will clear you. This has a 6 hr half-life (time till 1/2 is gone) so 30 hrs should do it. Please don't take any pills w/o a valid medical reason - preferably w/ a Dr's Rx! Then you won't have this worry.

Clonazepam : Clonazepam would be approximately 360-100 hours
fluoxetine approx. 2-12 days
trazodone aprrox 6-12 hours
theses approximations are for serum(blood) levels.
It is not recommended that you drink with any these medications, it can cause increased sleepiness, lethargy, delayed reaction time, impaired thinking.

Avoid alcohol and increase water intake to help with its elimination. Talk with your physician before stopping this medication.
