I wouldn't: "depend" upon it!!! The Perm may break the sulfhydryl bonds (Sulphur containing bonds holding the protein "together" ((THUS the "rotten egg" smell when the Perm is happeninv) but there is no reason to expect the follicles will "loose" alcohol/drug deposits!
Best bet......stop the binges..admit you have a problem..and get help!

Alcohol Detection: For a very long time.  That is the simple answer.  Of course, it depends on how much one has been drinking, how long the hair is; etc.

You probably should assume that if your hair has not been cut since your last drink it will be positive.

I am not aware of: a hair analysis for alcohol use. They can detect other substances however. Three months should not be a problem.

Very unlikely: If I'm reading things correctly you are referring to three drinks in a months time.  Hair testing is much more sensitive for chronic moderate-heavy drinkers.  Even the best hair testing would have less than a 5% chance of picking up a (+) test with your quantity of drinking.

Drug test : No, alcohol is pretty rapidly metabolized and out of your system. It is not stored within hair follicles.

: Hair testing for drugs and alcohol can detect the by products of these substances for as long as 90 days. More importantly, binge drinking may indicate that you may have a substance abuse issue. Long term effects of drinking this much can include liver damage/failure, pancreatitis, ulcers/gastrointestinal problems, obesity, and heart disease in addition to the emotional toll.

The hair test: can give a "look back" up to 3 months! HOWEVER it is only of use for agencies/employers with ZERO tolerance for alcohol use. IT'S TOO SENSITIVE!!!!!
If you drink AT ALL and a potential EMPLOYER is requiring a PRE-PLACEMENT hair test FORGET ABOUT THAT JOB untillyou have had NO alcohol for 90 days!!!!!

Hair follicle: Probably not, but for sure you should not drink 3-4 drinks the same night. Slow down your drinking.
