Still Possible: There is a slight risk of becoming pregnant after tubal ligation. This happens to about 5 out of 1, 000 women after 1 year. After a total of 5 years following tubal ligation, about 13 out of 1, 000 women will have become pregnant.

Pelvic pain: In addition to normal symptoms of early pregnancy, a tubal pregnancy will often cause lots of pelvic pain; if it ruptures, bleeding internally can cause shock and is very serious.  If you suspect you have a tubal pregnancy, you need to see your dr asap.

Theoretically: Never, but it has been known to happen once in a very rare blue moon usually a longer time ago when tubes really were tied. Now a portion is taken out and the ends totally sealed so they can not find their way back to each other not like the older surgical method of just snipping where the ends sometimes remet . Now only if the doc made a huge mistake could you get pregnant.

See GYN: Depends if the tubes are blocked by pathologic reasons, previous surgery like a tubal ligation or anatomic, born with blocked tubes.  Reversal of tubal ligation or repair of tubal ligation can be completed to restore the fallopian tubes.  Best to have a consultation with your gyn physician to discuss options.  See physicians who complete repair for fallopian tube surgery and fertility surgery.

Prior infection: The most common reason for a "swollen fallopian tube" is an infection, either current or prior.  This can be from an std infection.

Quite possibly: Many women can have their tubes 'untied.' you might be a candidate for tubal anastomosis ('tubal reversal') or may have an excellent chance of pregnancy with ivf. Your chances  depend on many factors; a reproductive endocrinologist can help you learn more about these options.

Yer All Tube-Tied!: You betcha usually due to a botched procedure. But not often. Maybe in 2%, depending on how the tubes were tied ('ligated'):bands,rings,cautery,etc. Besides the unwanted pregnancy, another problem that it is never in the right place(called 'ectopic')and needs to be fixed by a Gynecologist. So if you are pregnant,see your doctor ASAP. Don't wait and see what may happen. That would be a big mistake!

Depends: ...On what you mean by "normal pregnancy."  if you have a pregnancy in the uterus, then the "burned" tubes will not affect your pregnancy.  
Achieving a pregnancy after that procedure is rare.
If you have a positive pregnancy test you should be evaluated right away for a possible ectopic (e.g. Tubal) pregnancy.
