Call Dr.: You may have inner ear congestion efecting your balance center/inner ear.  Medications such as Antivert (meclizine) may be of benefit.  If that does not work, you should be evaluated for other causes and treatments.  Best wishes.

Better breathing can: Reduce immediate unpleasant anxiety symptoms by attention to your breath. Dizziness  - even fainting - can be brought on by shallow, rapid breathing. It would great to find a cbt therapist to treat the anxiety. Until then, here's a tip. Do several cycles at least several times daily in addition to stress times. Nasal inhale (4 sec) hold in (6 sec) full blow exhale (8 sec). Smokeless smoking!

Stop lortab?: dizziness could be due to Blood pressure changes, dehydration, and many other reasons.  Lortab- narcotics can also add to it.

See a neurologist: 30 year olds should not be dizzy and have balance loss. This may be a sinus infection, inner ear infection, or something more significant. You need to see a neurologist ASAP to determine cause, and then this can be improved

: your description suggests orthostatic hypotension which means a fall in blood pressure in the upright position. Dehydration, medications, autonomic disorders may all cause this. You should be evaluated by your physician to confirm your observation with a BP recording and if confirmed he/she can do further testing to determine the cause. Please do this as soon as you can.
