Not at all: some people have big veins  other have small invisible veins making it difficult to take blood and have slow flow. this has no real long-term significance

+ ovulation neg preg: So in this case you successfully ovulated meaning the ovary released an egg. This is good but unfortunately the egg was not fertilized though so you did not get pregnant. Pregnancy does not occur every time someone ovulates. Keep at it.

A1c: Hemoglobin A1c is a better tool for monitoring and you should aim of a level of less than 7.0. If you want to do blood tests, do first morning and two hours after every meal to get an idea of what may be leading to high glucose.

What blood test?: False negatives, as well as false positives, can occur with any test, but most tests have a very low rate of both.  In some cases, a false negative can be caused by bad timing.  For example, if a pregnancy test or an HIV test is done too early, it may be negative even if the person is actually pregnant or infected with hiv.

s-cholesterol 6.4 mmol/l. is this within the healthy range? thank you.

Hello: Hi, it is not in the normal range, actually is high.  That amount is the equivalent to more than 240mg/dl of cholesterol. A physician check up is needed to determine if the measure is correct and then to know if any medical intervention is needed.

Within normal limit: Normal range is 7.5-11.5 fl. Being at the high end does not mean abnormal.

Ovulation: Expect you period about 12-14 days after ovulation. Since you are late and apparently ovulated, you should check pregnancy test again and wait to see if it comes this cycle. If not, see your gyn specialist.
