It does nothing: either way. You can look on the internet and find a study that supports both claims.  I am suspicious of all of them.

Italian babies have : been doing it for years. A 9-month-old with  an emerging pincer grasp can self-feed spaghetti cut into short lengths. Expect  tomato sauce from her hair to the floor. Don't model adding salt at the table. You can buy the AAP's Guide to Your Child's Nutrition on Amazon for $12. Please seek therapy for your depression, as it is important for your baby's as well as your well-being.

Healed or not: If it's due to healing it may clear. It however may just stay there depending on the state of the scar. If it's not a scar but rather tissue reaction it may resolve

Chemical burn: If infected, you may need an antibiotic cream like silvadene, (silver sulfadiazine) if simply a dermatitis-a low dose topical steroid cream may help. You need to get the rash looked at and properly diagnosed to assure the right treatment is used.  best wishes to you.

Burn From Garlic: Do not pull the skin off. Let the skin come off naturally. Manipulating the skin can lead to an infection.  Treatment depends on the state of the lesion. If itchy and red with no puss then a topical steroid is helpful. If there is drainage and puss you would need an oral and or topical antibiotic.

App. Caladryl lotion: You must have an infected acne lesion. While Garlic is an anti inflammatory agent , it does not help in in treating infection. You will need a topical acne medication. For now the caladryl lotion will calm the burning sensation

Garlic paste burn: Apply ice cubes initially. Then you can apply aloe vera or vitamin e cream.

Orabase: Orabase can be purchased at local pharmacies but not all may not have it. Orabase with kenalog (triamcinolone) would require a prescription from dentist or other health care provider.

It can be...: That is one of the many ways that doctors treat warts.  You just need to use it regularly and remove the dead skin occasionally for it to work best.
