2if the headache is interfering with his daily activities like school attendance and sport activitis
3if headache is more on the back of head
4if it is associated with nausea and vomiting, fever and/or a seizure
5 if the vision is affected.

Cyst: I don't  think that a cyst in the sinus cavity will cause severe headache unless there is an obstruction. You need to see neurologist help make the right diagnosis

recovering from rubella. was not vacc'd as a child due to allergy. rash is gone now but i have severe dizziness, headache, neck pain. is this normal?
