See urologist ASAP: That is perplexing.  The blood clots are treated with anti-coagulation, so there is an increased risk of bleeding.  I am not a urologist, however, so i defer ot their expertise as to the source of the bleeding in the seminal tract.

See your doctor: It's never normal to have pain, let alone excruciating pain, while walking or exercising. Clogged arteries, neurological disorders, and yes even blood clots can all cause those type of symptoms. Get yourself checked out as soon as possible to be sure it's not a problem that could threaten life or limb!

See doctor: To be sure, you need an ultrasound of the leg which is non-invasive and fairly quick.  Some of the signs of a clot are if it's warm, red, or swollen.

Unlikely: At this age unlikely unless you have family history or some sort of clot forming disorder. You probably strained your leg muscles from walking. See your doctor to get checked.

Probably not: Generally, clots occur because you have 1) a blood condition that promotes clotting or 2) you've been traveling or had a medical problem and were immobile for a long time.  If your leg isn't swollen or red, it's probably not a clot.  Leg pain can be due to many things. Clots don't make any noise.  But if you're concerned see your doctor, who might order an ultrasound if indicated by your exam.

It is best if a patient who suspects they may have them to have a thorough medical evaluation to examine the areas affected, get preliminary measurements, some blood tests could be run as part of the evaluation, and typically get Doppler ultrasounds to evaluate the blood flow through the veins.
