Water in ears: Your ears fell clogged when your nose is congested. If you have allergies, this can be a chronic condition, if you have a cold, it is usually temporary. A saline nasal spray may help a bit, but you may need a steroid nasal spray if the condition is chronic. Also, you may want to get your allergies under control if you nasal allergies. See a board certified allergist for that.

Fluid: While it isn't actually water, it is usually fluid behind the eardrum. The ear has a tube connected to the nose and throat and when you have a lot of sinus drainage, as with allergies or a cold, you can collect fluid behind your ears that makes it feel like your ears are full. Sometimes a decongestant or a prescription nasal spray is necessary but you should see your doctor to be sure.

my mom did this water cleanse for my ear to get rid of excess ear wax and after that my ear has been plugged and it hurts. i tried every method and nothing seems to work. what do i do?

Doctor can help: After trying to get rid of ear wax with water or another liquid, there may be a glob of wet mushy wax that is still inside. A primary care doctor can look inside the ear canal and usually get the remaining wax out.

Otitis Externa: It seems you have inflammation of the ear canal from diving and swimmimg in the pool.Since it is painful I suggest you consult your doctor and get it checked as you may need ear drops.Meanwhile you can take over the counter pain meds like Tylenol or Ibuprofen if there is no allergy or other contraindication like a stomach ulcer

Ear cleanout: Is this peroxide used to lighten your hair?  After an overnight sleep it has lost its potency and is essentially water.  It is like exiting a swimming pool - shake your head and lightly hit the side in which the liquid is found.  A careful probing with a cotton tip appicator can be useful.  It will eventually dry out but if it bothers you still, then there may be other problems for your doctor.

Remember that with almost all wounds, healing continues for months and months as we change the stress on the tissues.  A scar forms as a result and may have many different appearances and colors.  Any dark coloration may fade over time but the tissues never are the same and so some scarring will always be there.
