Med supply or orthot: Short pneumatic walking boot works well. 
Go to an medical supply store or orthotic and prosthetic  company. 
Just call first to make sure they have it.

Depends on : How bad a sprain it was. You stop using them and van return under the guidance of your treating physician. You may need physical therapy if the sprain was moderate to severe.

Any ankle sprain: It does not have to be bad at all.  Ankle sprains generally require some kind of immobilization while you are going through the healing process.  As for what device is used to immobilize that is up to the discretion of your healthcare provider.  However, walking boots can be used for any grade of ankle sprain.

Sprained toe ?'s: Any "sprain" of a joint, even in a toe will take weeks to completely heal, and any strenuous activity may aggravate the sprain and extend the time of healing, remaining uncomfortable.  Ask your physician about taking ibuprofen or a similar non-narcotic medication.

i sprained my ankle about a month ago, i wore a moon boot for two week but now when i walk on my foot feels loose and twists very easily, at night to relieve the pain my foot has to be curved inwards. is this normal or should i go back to the doctor?

Ankle sprain: Would go back to doctor , you may need some additional support  like air cast splint for a while longer  Ask about any damage to the syndesmosis-could it be grade II or higher.  Also though initial x-rays were negative may consider repeat x-rays as sometimes  fractures can be missed  on the initial films  f/u/ w /doc.
