No: The eyes work full time when open at whatever activity you ask of them.  Computer games are a concentrated activity but so are most activities such as reading, driving, watching tv or a ball game.  Computer games may do things to your mind but not to your vision.

No: Using the computer too much at night will not permanently affect your vision. However, we normally blink 720 times per hour, but when you stare at the computer this rate generally goes down. This can lead to more rapid evaportation of tears. Dry eyes negatively impacts vision. Lowering the computer screen below eye level causes the upper lid to cover more of the eye and reduces tear evaporation.

No, short term is ok: You are correct that testicles prefer a cooler environment as that is more conducive to the generation of spermatozoa. New sperm are being created every day, so even if there is short term exposure to heat which kills off the sperm, once the temperature returns to an optimal level, new sperm will flourish. Nothing to worry about. Short term is ok.

No: Computer use can be fatiguing and can cause some drying of the eyes, but it will not alter the eyesight or do any permanent damage to the eyes.

No: No one ever thought of this when viewing tv in the dark and no damage has been reported for this.  Computer video screens will not damage your eyes although the content may damage your mind.

Computer Induced: Medical problems. Specific medical problems resulting from lengthy computer use include carpal tunnel syndrome,  a degenerative eye problem called computer vision syndrome & back/ neck problems from hunching over a keyboard. Additionally children who spend excessive periods of time on the computer may not be getting adequate exercise.

Yes they can: Yes, you need to keep your back straight and let the natural gravitational alignment work for you. Try to keep your shoulders down and keep your work as close to eye level as possible. Every now and then, check your posture and ensure you don't slump and keep as much of your work at arm's reach and try not to lean to get your work. If need be, get up and bring your work close to you.
