Eat: Assuming you're a healthy person in general, the best way to ensure electrolyte balance is to eat REAL foods - and a variety of them.  Focus on protein, veggies, some fruits, and stay away from the starches/sugar.

Multiple: Depending on which electrolyte.
Potassium: too low can cause cramping, too high can cause fatal heart arrhythmia.
Sodium: too low confusion, seizure, brain herniation and death, too high lethargy, weakness, irritability, neuromuscular excitability.
Those are the main ones, can also get calcium multiple symptoms with calcium fluctuations, but not consider a true electrolyte.

Low sodium?: If your sodium level is low your doctor may suspect you have SIADH (high levels or circulating antidiuretic hormone). Chronic lung infections and lung tumors are just two of many possible causes of this.

Take a lot of magnesium rich food like leafy greens,nuts,tofu,brown rice,fatty fish,dark chocolate etc

Calcium from supplements,dairy products. Get checked by a neurologist.

can sinusitis cause muscle spasms all over body?  lab tests ok for electrolytes. no anxiety issues either. previously diagnosed with sinusitis.

Antibiotic effect?: Sinusitis does not cause muscle spasms. However, certain antibiotics used to treat sinusitis can cause painful muscle spasms. Please call your physician.
