Upper body...: Upper body exercises that will strengthen and enlarge the pectoralis major and minor will help to give the impression of a larger bust.  There aren't any exercises to specifically increase breast tissue, since they are modified sweat glands packed in fat.

Gain weight: The only part of breast size you can control at age 32 is the fat component and weight gain will increase this but you can't gain just in your breast. Exercises just build the muscle under the breast but don't increase breast tissue.The other alternative is surgical breast augmentation. As you age you may like smaller breasts better since the usually don't sag as much! Hope this helps.

Enjoy your orgasms but don't expect them to grow your boobs.

Fat transfer: My understanding that fat transfer for breast augmentation may be used when relatively small increases in breast size are desired. You could consult with a plastic surgeon about this. My understanding is that fat may come from the buttocks,
 abdomen, back, arms, or thighs.

Assuming : Assuming that a large areola is your only concern, yes, you could have those reduced.  I do not know whether your breast is stretched and sagging from pregnancy and would benefit from a lift, and whether your breast is deflated and would benefit from an implant, but if your only problem is related to the areolar size, then you could have them reduced and some periareolar scars would result...Although they usually are satisfactory in appearance.  However, if you are planning on a future pregnancy, we cannot predict what alterations in your breast may occur, and if there is additional stretching of the areola, you might require a revision following pregnancy.
