Fordyce spots are visible sebaceous glands,and are present in most indviduals. They are a natural occurrence and are not associated with any disease or illness.  No treatment is necessary.

You don’t: Fordyce spots are swellings of the glands in your skin - secrete oil onto the surface and keep it well-lubricated.  In older people, the glands shrink, produce less oil - that’s why older people often have “dry skin”.  In younger people, they are most prominent on the face, mouth and genitals

Normal variant.  Nothing you can do about them. 50 yrs from now you’ll wish they were back
