It can be fungus: It can be a fungal infection, but without seen and culturing, it's difficult to say. Check with your obstetrician and stop suffering, get  a proper treatment!

Most: Any internal medicine doctor, family practice doctor, ob-gyn doctor, urologist, doc-in - the box (care now, etc) can test you.  It can include blood work for HIV or syphyllis, genital swab for culture and sensitivity, as well as urethral swab for discharge, lancing for herpetic lesions, and so on.

STD Testing: I do not understand your question. To test someone for an std that test has to be discussed and approved by the patient. You did not mention in your question what the doctor was seeing you for or what tests are ordered.  A patient visit has to have a theme or purpose and a reason for the test.  There are thousands of tests that can be run. They are all very expensive.

Gynecologist: Gynecologists are likely the best place to be tested and treated for STDs .  Sexually active women should establish themselves with a gynecologist for routine exams and PAP smears.  Best wishes

: in this country there are free clinics operated by the county health authority that serve the public to find &amp; treat patient with STD's. I would contact a local health department and see if and where such services are offered.

Maybe: Some stds can be tested from the fluid in a pap vial, but these tests typically must be requested and are not automatic.

Culture: can pick up some subclinical  or asymptomatic infections; however, a routine urine culture and sensitivity test is not going to screen for all STDs. -these require specific testing.

Maybe,maybe not: If you make them aware that could be an issue they can take the type of samples needed for testing. If you just go in for a pap, some clinics do this anyway, but some might not. You can carry many of the sti's without signs on exam.

Not necessarily: They are not all visible. However, std testing can be done to help identify if you have an std (including one with no symptoms).

No.: Testing for causes of anemia usually involves check nutritional factors such as iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid.  It also might involve testing kidney function, blood production rate and some hormone tests.  It would not ordinarily have anything to do with testing for std's.
