Could be: Alcohol is a poison and it never did anybody any good, ever. Abstain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

The worst part: Is over.  Gi upset with some reflux is common post frequent nausea and vomiting episodes.  Stay hydrated, try some ginger root, ginger ale and have a very bland diet for the next few days.  Stay away from fatty foods and spicy foods that can be slow in gastric emptying and also can cause gastric distress.

ive been having a problem with acid reflux, i feel like theres something stuck in my throat and after vomiting i have a bitter/burning taste i cant lay down hence the feeling of something choking me gets worse.

OTC omez: Try and over the counter proton pump inhibitor - they do dispense these : lanzor/omez etc take one a day for the whole pack, if not working consult here again or get a telephonic consult with your GP.

Mouth breathing: Your throat may be getting dry at night from breathing through your mouth while you sleep.  You may be mouth breathing due to nasal congestion and nasal blockage that may be due to allergies.  I recommend that you see an allergist to get checked for allergies.

Throat: There many OTC Sprays and drops for the sore throat and many OTC meds for the vomiting. Keep up with your fluids!! If it persists then see your doctor for a throat culture
