Start keeping track: on a calender- when your period starts and stops. If you are regular - a pattern should emerge. That will tell you how long your period usually lasts and how low your cycle usually lasts. Ovulation is usually 14 days before the anticipated period. good luck.

Delusions: Psychotic symptoms involve a loss of touch with reality. Patients with psychosis have an impaired reality sense/experience, meaning that what they see, hear, or believe is erroneous or false. However, psychotic patients can have good reality testing. That is, some can identify that the delusion (fixed false belief) or hallucination is false even though their is impairment in reality sense.

Safe: The tens is adjusted by a hand held controller which usually contains the batteries.  You may need a little trial and error.  Our office uses the national company emsi which has sales reps that will personally instruct the patient.
