You can't: Darkening of the skin around the nipples in pregnancy is very normal and is an effect of hormone changes.  It may lighten up after delivery, but lots of times that darker pigment will stay.  Avoid the sun.  :-).

Cut it off: She can see a doctor who can numb it up and cut it off. An old time remedy would be tying a piece of thread around it tired as tight as possibles and wait till it dies and falls off.

YES, or Lansinoh ;am: Both olive ; coconut oil are safe to use for massage ; will probably help. Calendula cream is also an excellent choice, as is lansinoh- see https://www.Lansinoh.Com/products/hpa-lanolin
i also advise you take a purified fish oil rich in dha, which often helps dry skin and is very important for development of your baby's eyes and nervous system.

 Apply Aquaphor (over the counter ) to nipples and surrounding areola twice daily - rub in gently

With chronic capillary permeability, red blood cells leak and the stain the skin leaving a darker pigmented appearance. Dark circles:age/fat: Dark circles under eyes can be due to aging changes, genetic skin predispositions of fat pad migration. Lack of sleep, stress, history of rubbing eyes can make it worse. If there is swelling, ask your md to be sure your kidney function is normal. Avoid excessive salt in take as it can make swelling under eyes more noticeable from pure water retention. Dark Circles: Circles under eye can be due to: allergy "allergic shiners", fatigue, genetic variation, aging.  Lower lid skin is very thin so blood vessels under skin can make area look dark. Topical creams/fillers can help hide circles: only mask condition with no cure. What helps: drink 8 cups water/day,  sunblock, hat, enough rest; avoid rubbing; makeup; facial plastic surgery when severe; allergist can help.
