i have what i believe is rope worm , i've had this problem for almost 3 years and i've done ova test and colonoscopy nothing was found . i'm desperate?

Not a thing: Rope worms do not exist. Relax, if you had normal tests then you don't have any real parasites either.

can pin worm eggs get in my air system in my home? i'm finding tiny white sticky egg like things all of my house when i'm cleaning/dusting..

No: Pinworms do NOT get in air systems.  They are not airborne.  However, they are transmitted person to person and fecal-oral contact.  Gross, I know.

can i get some help in oregon with a doctor that i will pay cash too for worms? i have no pcp and i will travel as far as needed. i need a diagnosis and the doctors in clatsop co are not capable and do not test correctly. thank you in advance

Check CDC.gov websit: The CDC website is a trove of useful info for foreign travel. It will tell you about disease prevalences and suggested immunizations. It is an excellent site with many helpful suggestions.

Herbal treatments: The only treatments I know of for intestinal worms are medicines as they have to selectively kill the worms and not hurt you. How do you know you have intestinal worms?

i think i am having tapeworm. long black flat string seen in poop. i did albendazole 400mg once at night for 3 days(prescribed by ent with hetrazan) a week ago and today i saw worm in poop. did the albendazole work or do i need to get another course?

: without seeing if the long black string is just a piece of string I am not able to help. Check with local team who knows what things can look like a long black string in India.

i put the toilet seat up from the front using my hands at my work (office) toilet & got distracted and didnt wash my hands and then ended up biting my nails and putting my fingers in my mouth. how likely am i to get threadworms/pin worms from this?

: You are not at risk of worm infestation from what you described.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

Pin worms: Pin works have a human to human transmission(feco oral).The eggs are present on the anus and through person to person get ingested.  The eggs are hardy and can remain viable in a moist environment for up to three weeks.  Please see the graphic for the life cycle.  The most common symptoms is anal itching and it is usually diagnosed by "scotch tape method" to look under the microscope.

Transmission: Different types of worms are transmitted differently. They can be transmitted in under-cooked meat (pork), walking barefoot where endemic or handling feces. Chances are higher in areas with poor sanitation or when hands are not washed properly.

Yes: Typically caught with fecal oral contact.  Hand washing is one of the best ways to prevent it, without removing the pet from the child.

Probably not...: These worms thrive in cats but not much in human...They can't develop appropriately to cause much human disease. The round worms in dogs is more often found than those in cats.
Human, mostly children get the pinworms.
Treat your cat and you should be fine...
