Nasal saline: A pepper burn to the nose is of doubtful clinical significance.  Most patients will get symptomatic improvement with nasal saline spray.

Rhinitis.: Burning sensation and probably with some runny nose could be from irritation to the nasal mucous membrane,
It might be secondary to either  dryness, allergic reaction or infection.
If symptoms persist or interferes with your daily activities
it could be treated after examination,

Foreign body: Unfortunately these products can have both a local irritant effect and become infected after mucous forms around them. Removal under direct observation by the doc may be you best bet. I have removed beads/pork cubes/paper wads/foam/ toy pieces/etc. . Most of these can be removed in the office. A 2 yo may require sedation but rarely.

Lip burning: Many possibilities. Perhaps an allergy to lip stick or toothpaste or lip gloss or face cream etc.  Also some foods can cause trouble.  Watch out for mouth wash.

Low level infection?: It is possible that you might have a low-level infection inside your nose. Sometimes bacteria can cause irritation leading to those symptoms. You might try some Bacitracin ointment inside each nostril a few times today and see if that helps. If not you should see an ENT doctor.

Depends on depth: If it is a first degree type burn., a mild antiinflammatory ointment such as hydrocortisone may help . If deeper consider adding antibiotic cream

Depends: This could be the early sign of a herpes infection or a zoster infection.  Or it could be some type of allergic exposure.  If there are any skin lesions, then check with your dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.

i have this toothpaste burn on the side of my nose. it's been a day already but it's still there and no sign of peeling. how long does it take to heal and what to do. will it last up to a month. it's small but very noticeable?

Why?: Why did you put toothpaste onto your nose?  Toothpaste is formulated to use in your mouth, not on your skin.  Makes as much sense as brushing your teeth with athlete's foot cream.  Hopefully the damage is transient, but to make sure have the lesion examined by a skin specialist, a Dermatologist.

Seb. Derm.: This is most likely seborrheic dermatitis.  Try some clotrimazole over the counter twice daily and avoid products on the face other than a gentle cleanser twice daily, like generic cetaphil.   Avoid hydrocortisone if you can.  If it doesn’t go away in a month or gets worse, be seen.

what causes the bridge of my nose to have a red streak, it's always redthe past three days it's been burning and causing fever.i have to put makeup on?

Possible skin: infection called cellulitis. You must be examined and given appropriate treatment: cannot be diagnosed online without direct visualization.
