Some people have round "bloated" bellies from poor digestion so a diet history is #1 on the list. If she is eating too many carbs and not digesting them but "fermenting"  them she will have a distended looking belly. From there we create the best plan for her.

Gas: Gas is formed from swallowing air, bacterial production or fermentation. Changing your diet and adding good bacteria( probiotics) can help. Simethicone is a medicine used for gas.

Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Bloated: If you are bloated, it is likely water weight and/or intestinal gas, not fat. If it's water weight, it is possible to lose that fairly rapidly. However, in generally, trying to lose weight very rapidly is not only unhealthy, but is usually followed by regaining that weight back plus more. Just eat healthy and exercise. Weight loss will occur gradually but you have a better chance at keeping it off.

When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.
