It is harmless: In a young person, this is not expected to cause any harm. But it is not a good idea to have the temperature of water so high to increase your heart rate. Adjust temperature down to where the water is just comfortable...not too cold but warm to mildly hot.

i have glaucoma with blurred/fogged vision but only brought on by suddden activity or a hot shower an early meal or a hot drink! vision is good first thing but only for around 2 hours until something triggers it.. i suspect another underlying cause?

See ophthalmologist: Glaucoma when under control should not lead to impaired vision.  You need to ask your eye doctor to find out what may be causing your vision issue since it does not make much sense to me.

Clean, but...: If one has bad OCD with obsessive thoughts and compulsive actions, it doesn't matter that the shower water and its vapor are clean... but rather, he must believe they're clean. Note that semen from healthy guys is clean, semen stains are very clean because germs tend to die when dried out, tap water is clean due to modern water treatment. Also, we are adapted to the usual microbes on/in/around us.

Could be: There are many possibilities: dehydration, anemia, asthma medication (albuterol), the asthma itself, an unrelated heart condition, and others.  Best to sort it out in person with your doctor.
