what to do if i got hot flashes in my left leg and part of it is now semi-numb, should i be concerned?

Paresthesias: Are what you are descriving and are not normal.  If persistent they should be evaluatred by a physician.  They can be a nerve problem or possible from your back.

cramps on left side, no period, discharge heavy enough to be dripping down leg, hot flashes and nausea. what could it be?

See doctor: If you have so much discharge that it's dripping down your leg, it's possible that you have an infection or a std.  I would make an appt with your family doctor or gynecologist to have an exam and determine if there is a vaginal infection.  Hot flashes and nausea may not be related at all to discharge, unless, of course, you do have a std.  Be checked soon, good lukc.

intermittent hot flashes in left upper calf, happening for the past three days but worse now. might be dvt, but i'm pretty young for that. thoughts?

No age for DVT: DVT can occur at any age, especially for people with coagulation problems (blood clotting mechanism problem) or those on Oral Contraceptive Pills.

Sciatica: It depends on what you mean by hot flashes.  If they are shooting pains down the leg or electrical pains this is likely sciatica (a pinched nerve in the back causing pain in the leg).  It usually resolves by itself with mild, but not complete rest, ice to the lower back where the inflammation actually occurs.  If it this is not what you have or it does not quickly improve it more info neeeded.

Pain in legs: She needs to be examined to see if she has flat feet or other leg conditions before thinking about leukemia.

Fluids: There are many causes for muscle cramps, but given your age and the fact that you're working in heat, my first thought would be dehydration or an electrolyte imbalance. I would go to your primary care physician and report these symptoms. He or she will most likely order some blood work to see how your electrolytes are doing. Needless to say, when you're out working in heat, it's vitally important.

i am not pregnant but am lactating and having sever hot flashes had hysterectomy 10 years ago. get very tired out and have been getting boils on legs.

Hot flashes and boil: Hot flashes , talk to your dr .May need a supplement. Boils check if you are diabetic.
