Don't overdo it...: Please enjoy green, white, or black tea at any time of the day or evening as a healthful beverage, with friends, over a good book, while relaxing, etc.  As with anything, moderation is key--sounds like you may be overdoing the tea however. Accutane: Accutane by itself can cause some stomach discomfort.  However, not drinking enough water is not usually associated with any more or less stomach discomfort while on accutane.

Bacterial overgrowth: That area contains mostly the intestines, and the colon. You could have bacterial overgrowth. Try taking a probiotic daily to reset the bacterial flora in your intestines. Talk to your Dr if this does not resolve within 2 weeks.

Abdomen pain: If all those tests are normal and you are not having any GI symptoms like vomiting, this is probably a muscular pain from the awkward trampoline landing.  Please consider moderating alcohol intake and definitely don't drink when you are having abnormal symptoms.

Vasodilatation: Alcohol is a vasodilator. Certain races have  poor ability to metabolise alcohol and can get facial flushing too.

Fever: No. Fever results generally from infection and not from chilled water unless it is contaminated with something that causes a person to become ill.

Unknown: Could be an adjacent tooth, could be the inflamed tissue at the extraction site. Your dentist knows your mouth the best... give them a call for a follow up if you are uncomfortable.
