Spot: Sounds like a an abscess , sebaceous cyst or some type of folliculitis. Typically a lesion of this nature would need incision and drainage. I would be seen by a provider.

: It is hard to tell what it is without a medical examination of your feet.
Two thoughts come to mind.
Athlete's foot caused by a skin fungus is a common condition especially if you live in hot/ humid climate of the sunbelt of USA.
The change in color when you take a shower suggest a vascular cause( temperature related impaired blood circulation).
I would suggest that you see your doctor(PCP/Dermato

To start with...: It could be a lot of different things, but a likely culprit is athlete's foot.  The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.  Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, however it does not seem dangerous. You may watch and wait. If it does not heal in 7-10 days, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Hard to say: It concerns you enough to ask about it. So go have it looked at. It is hard to say anything about rashes and spots without seeing them, .
